A pre-listing punch list of up to 5 small repairs is a flat $249 through Task Smasher. Drywall repair has its own fixed price of $199. Painting, larger repairs and rental turnovers are scoped and estimated per job, and turnover packages start at $899.
How quickly can you get started?
We respond within 24 hours and can often be onsite within 24 hours. Task Smasher visits are frequently available same-day or next-day; larger jobs are scheduled around the scope of work.
